I help people reconnect with themselves after life’s curveballs — to find their calm, rebuild confidence, and move forward with courage.
After a sudden brain haemorrhage, years of caregiving and support through illness, I learned that calm isn’t something you find once — it’s something you practice, moment by moment.
Through my work as a certified life and executive coach, yoga teacher, and reiki master, I blend science-backed tools with soulful mindfulness to help you rediscover your strength — gently, sustainably, and with compassion.

You can watch or listen whenever it suits you, as often as you like. Many people find replay moments become their favourite pocket of calm in the week.
Absolutely. These sessions are designed for real humans with real lives — no experience needed.
I’ll guide you gently through everything; you just need a comfortable space, a few deep breaths, and an open heart.
Nothing fancy at all.
Wear soft, comfortable clothing and find somewhere you can sit or lie down — a chair, cushion, or yoga mat works beautifully.
You might like to have a blanket to wrap around you and a journal for any reflections that arise.
That’s perfectly normal — it’s part of being human.
Calm is a practice, not perfection.
Each time you notice your mind wandering and gently bring it back, you’re building awareness, resilience, and self-kindness.
Each Find Your Calm session is 30 minutes — a simple, powerful reset designed to fit even the busiest of days.
Absolutely! We will always aim to dial in at least 5 minutes before so that you can ensure the tech is on your side. If you are running late, just arrive on mute and settle down for the gentle guidance that will be underway.

Whether you joined Christmas Calm or you’re brand new here, this is your invitation to slow down, reset, and remember your strength.
You’ll get a welcome email right after you join, and reminder emails before every session with your Zoom link and gentle prep notes.
